The Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9am class time will be moved to 9:15am starting on Wednesday May 29th.

Sumo Deadlift 5×5
Sumo Deadlift for load (20 minute window):
#1: 5 reps
#2: 5 reps
#3: 5 reps
#4: 5 reps
#5: 5 reps
*warm up with 3 sets of 3-5 reps before beginning your 5 x 5 working sets. Each set should be tough. Complete 20 sit ups, tuck ups, V-ups, or strict toes through rings b/t each set of Sumo Deadlifts.

Tow Zone
AMRAP 10 min
5, 10, 15, 20, 25, etc.
Kettlebell Swings (Blue/Green)
Sit Ups
