Benchmark Week Begins Monday May 6th! We will be raffling off free stuff all week. To enter the daily raffle just make sure you are logging your workouts into SugarWOD everyday.

We are thinking about adding a mid morning class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (9am or 9:30am) Comment below if you are interested. If there is enough interest we will start the classes in Mid May for a 3 month trial. If you have any questions or suggestions please email matt@redwolfcrossfit.com

• 50 Box jump, 24/20 inch box
• 50 Jumping pull-ups
• 50 Kettlebell swings, Green/White
• Walking Lunge, 50 steps
• 50 Knees to elbows
• 50 Push press, 45/35 pounds
• 50 Back extensions
• 50 Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball
• 50 Burpees
• 50 Double unders

Fitness:
35 reps of each
