Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
• 10 Power cleans (M: 145lbs / 100lbs)
• 20 Toes to bar
• 30 Wall balls (M: 20lbs to 10′ target, W: 14lbs to 9′ target)

Fitness:
10 Hang Power Cleans 95/65#
20 Hanging Leg or Knee Raise
20 Wall Ball 10/8# to 9ft.

Open 11.5 (9am)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
• 5 Power cleans (M: 145lbs / 100lbs)
• 10 Toes to bar
• 15 Wall balls (M: 20lbs to 10′ target, W: 14lbs to 9′ target)

Fitness:
5 Hang Power Cleans 95/65#
10 Hanging Leg or Knee Raise
15 Wall Ball 10/8# to 9ft.
