Amity Island
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
• 10 pull-ups
• 15 push-ups
• 20 squats
*every 4 min run 200m

Fitness:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
• 5 pull-ups (assisted as needed)
• 10 push-ups (assisted as needed)
• 15 squats
*every 4 min run 100m or Assault Bike .5 mile
