Every 90 sec x 7 sets:
2 Deadlifts @ 90%+
*same weight across all sets

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1: Deadlifts (225/155)

Fitness:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Hanging Leg Raise, Laying TTB, V-Ups, Tuck Ups, or Sit Ups
Deadlifts (choose weight; perfect mechanics)
