Every 3 minutes x 7 sets:
5 Back Squats @ 80% or choose weight; same weight across all sets
1 Power Clean + 1 Squat Clean @ 85-90% 1RM power clean or choose weight; same weight across all sets
*log clean weight below

Fitness:
3 Hang Power Cleans
