Overhead Squat for load:

*15 min window to complete 5 sets of 3 Overhead Squats

AMRAP 7: Double-unders & Overhead Squats
Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
•50 double-unders
•10 overhead squats 135/95#

Fitness:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
•50 single-unders or 25 lateral barbell jump overs
•10 overhead squats, front squats, or goblet squats (choose weight; perfect mechanics)
