How to Refer Your Friends

Summer is winding down and back-to-school shopping is kicking up. You’re going to see your friends and other folks at registration day, the drop-off and pick-up line, the store, and the inevitable back-to-school get-togethers.

And because you’ve been working so hard and have been so consistent at Red Wolf you’re going to hear things like:

“Whoa, I had to do a double-take!”

“You look amazing!”

“Goodness gracious, I’ve never seen a healthier, happier and more energetic person in my entire life!”

OK, OK—maybe they won’t say those exact words. But there’s a 100 percent chance that exercise, nutrition and “getting back into it” are going to come up among your friends and fellow parents. In fact, I call August “Second New Year” when it comes to fitness.

We absolutely love having you at Red Wolf, and we’d love to have your friends here with us, too. If you think that they would benefit from spending some time at Red Wolf, here are a few ways to get them sweating with us!

Option 1: Send them to the website – www.redwolfcrossfit.com – and tell them to fill out any of the forms.

Option 2: Put them in an email with me – matt@redwolfcrossfit.com – and I’ll take it from there.

Option 3: Have them join you for Bring a Friend day on Friday August 19th.  All classes are open!

All of our new group fitness members have to go through our Free Intro for onboarding. I’m sure you know this is a face-to-face meeting – not a workout – so we can get to know them better and figure out the best options for them. Group classes? Personal training? Nutrition coaching? A combination?

After the Free Intro, new members will go through our new Ramp Up program which is a combination of one-on-one coaching so they can learn the movements, group classes, and nutrition coaching (optional).  This six week program will build their confidence so they can transition full time into the classes without feeling left behind.

Here’s the best part: You’ll soon get to see your friends around the gym and even work out with them!

If you have any questions about the onboarding process for your friends, I’d love to chat with you about it. Or maybe we could even do a Goal Review Session? After all, we are in the “Second New Year” period (aka, “back to school”), and I’d love to help you establish some goals to work on this fall. Send me an email and we’ll make it happen!

As always, thank you so much for being here with us. If you need anything, please let us know!
