At Red Wolf CrossFit, you are more than just a member! You are part of a community of athletes, we work with you very closely so that you WILL see results. Just as we take responsibility in each and every one of our athletes to be sure they ALL succeed, we expect each of our athletes to be accountable not only to us, but to themselves.
Who enjoys walking into a gym and doing the same old, monotonous workout…alone? We don't, and We are sure that you don’t either! We’ve found that when you train with a coach and other athletes, it brings out the competitive nature in all of us and well…it drives you to a level that you never thought possible.
Most injuries in the gym happen when technique and form are compromised. From going through each movement during warmups to the final rep of the workout, our certified CrossFit coaches, will guide you every step of the way during your training sessions to ensure you are safe and you get the most out of every session.
CrossFit is the most effective exercise plan in the world.
Our group fitness classes are designed to meet you where you are and advance your fitness level, improve your body composition, help you move better, and discover your potential. Our classes are not just designed to make you sweat for an hour and send you on your way. They are part of a weekly, monthly and annual plan to help you develop and move towards your goals. They are also designed with the fact that everyone is starting from a different place and has different aspirations, but really enjoy working out with their friends.
Far more than a group fitness class, CrossFit is individual coaching in a group setting.
Workouts are different every day; intense; but altered for each participant’s level.
Every class is led by a certified CrossFit coach, who's committed to making sure you're moving properly.
